Yoon Hyuk Jeong

Hi, I am a PhD candidate in Organisational Behaviour at London Business School.

I study how cultural contexts shape career decisions and workplace behaviors. To examine the role of national, regional, and organizational cultures, I take a multimethod approach combining large-scale archival and field data with randomized experiments and quasi-experiments. Across my program of research, I aim to provide psychological insights that can shed light on institutional and organizational policies designed to expand social welfare and improve organizational life.

I am on the 2026/2027 academic job market.
